Direct messages are end-to-end encrypted: your key is generated on your device and never leaves it unencrypted, so we relay text we genuinely cannot read. If you lose that key we cannot recover the history - which is the same fact from the other side. Verify any chat with its safety number, and read the Privacy Policy for exactly what we can and cannot see, including where encryption does not reach.
The summarize and writing features run a small AI model right inside your browser. Your messages are never sent to a server for AI - everything happens on your own device. It works on Chrome and Edge, including on Android.

Yes. Share a guest link and they can join a chat with you straight away, no sign-up needed. They can create a full account later if they want to keep it.
When its timer runs out, it's deleted for everyone - from the chat and from Seylo's servers, along with any attached media. It doesn't linger anywhere.
